All prices and charges are in either UK pounds sterling or Euros depending on currency chosen

Swim Films does not charge any customs duties on International shipments. If additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of Swim Films Ltd. We recommend you check with your local customs office or post office for more information regarding any import taxes or duties that may apply to your order.

We reserve the right to alter product prices and charges on the website to reflect any increase in the cost of products for reasons beyond our reasonable control, this may include (but is not limited to) tax or duty increases. All prices and charges online may differ from those prices found in shops and may change without notice.

Delivery

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class post as standard and the postage is included in the price. Orders for delivery within the UK will normally be received within 10 days, but please allow 21 working days.

All International orders will be sent airmail and will be charged at £3.00 GBP per DVD.

Please allow 28 working days for international orders.

Returns/Refunds Policy

If you change your mind, refunds will be given for items returned within 7 days that have not been opened and have their original packing and shrinkwrap intact.

In the event of a DVD being defective the customer may return the item to us for replacement only, providing it is received it within 7 days from the date of its original receipt. Before returning an item you should contact us, you will then be given a returns number and details of where the item should be sent.

When returning faulty items we ask the customer to include name, address, order number, an email address and contact telephone number. Also please supply details of the fault with approximate time in order to assist us in maintaining quality control. Swim Films Ltd are unable to accept responsibility for loss of any parcels returned to us.

Upon receipt, the item will be inspected to confirm that the fault is of manufacturing origin, and is of a duration which we consider will affect viewing enjoyment. Once checked and agreed, we will send a replacement.

Returned products must be received in their original packaging, with all component parts and in good condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods, except in the case of faulty or wrongly supplied goods. It is advisable to obtain a free certificate of posting from the post office as this will be needed in the event of loss.

DVD Format

The DVDs available on this website are PAL Region 2 discs. Overseas customers should ensure that they are able to play these discs before placing their order as the Company is unable to accept returns due to a customer's equipment being incompatible.
